We collect your personal data on the site only when you submit the quote form:

• Full name or company name
• Email address or phone number
• The type of space to be protected, your topic of interest, and your message if any

You can browse the site without filling out the form; in that case no personal data reaches us.

The data you provide is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quote for you, and contact you. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold.

We measure visits only anonymously and in aggregate. The analytics tool we use works without cookies: it leaves no cookie or persistent identifier on your device, processes data within the European Union, and does not track you across sites. See the Cookie Policy for details.

We rely on a limited number of trusted service providers to run the site:

• Vercel — site hosting (servers and content delivery)
• Resend — delivery of the quote form to us by email
• Cloudflare R2 — delivery of image and video files
• PostHog EU — cookieless, anonymous visit measurement
• OpenFreeMap — map tiles on the Contact page

These providers process your data only to provide services to us.

All communication between you and the site takes place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

We retain your data only for as long as needed to fulfill your request and for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation.
