Privacy Policy

We collect your name and contact details only when you submit the quote form:

• Full name or company name
• Email address or phone number
• The type of space to be protected, your topic of interest, and your message if any

You can browse the site without filling out the form. In that case your name and contact details never reach us. Your visit, however, is measured without being linked to your identity, as described in “Analytics and Cookies” below, and your IP address technically reaches the servers during that measurement.

The data you provide is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quote for you, and contact you. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold.

We measure visits without linking them to your identity and use them in aggregate. Measurement covers the page address, which link, search or campaign tag you arrived from, the approximate location (country/city) derived from your IP address, your browser and device information, click and scroll positions on the page, time spent on a page, how the film on the landing page was watched (how much was seen, which scene it stopped at, how long was paused before each scene, which input was used, whether it was skipped, whether it was watched again, whether the device played it without trouble), page loading speed and technical error records produced by your browser; the fact that you submitted the quote form is also measured (not its contents). These are used to understand which sections draw attention and whether the site genuinely works well on your device, and are not tied to a person. We limit and clean error records so that they should carry no personal information: only the error's name, a shortened message and the file, line and column where it occurred are sent; query strings in an address and anything shaped like an email address are stripped, and the stack trace is never sent. The analytics tool we use, PostHog EU, works without cookies: it leaves no cookie or persistent identifier on your device, processes data within the European Union, and does not track you across sites. We rely on a limited number of trusted service providers to run the site:

• Vercel — site hosting (servers and content delivery)
• Resend — delivery of the quote form to us by email
• Cloudflare R2 — delivery of image and video files
• PostHog EU — cookieless measurement of visits, page interaction, film playback, page speed and technical errors, not linked to your identity
• OpenFreeMap — map tiles on the Contact page

Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare and PostHog process your data on our behalf, to provide services to us. OpenFreeMap is an open, free map service: there is no agreement between us, and it sees your IP address as an independent party when you view the map.

All communication between you and the site takes place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

We retain your data only for as long as needed to fulfill your request and for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation. Visit-measurement records are kept, unlinked from your identity, for the retention period of our measurement provider.

You have all the rights granted under Article 11 of KVKK, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. For the full list of rights and how to apply, please see the Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; for significant changes, the date at the top of the page is updated.
